ACTING - FILM / TV
To date, Little has appeared in over fifty television shows and films. He is currently the star of the BBC One smash hit Death in Paradise, playing super-sleuth Detective Inspector Neville Parker, as well as starring in the multi-BAFTA winning Inside Number 9, but these are only the latest in a long line of well-known roles. He started on what is still considered one of the country’s most beloved sitcoms, The Royle Family, which earned thirteen BAFTA nominations and two wins, before going on to star as Jonny in the long running and popular hit sitcom Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps. In 2007 he starred in the BBC comedy Massive, and the next year starred as Clint in the ITV drama series, Married Single Other. More recently he starred in BBC's Our Zoo (penned by Academy Award winning writer Matt Charman - Bridge of Spies).

In addition, Little has had starring roles in many established series, including Inspector Lewis, The A Word, and most notably in a recent episode of Doctor Who.

He went on (with Michelle Terry) to write, create, and star alongside Phoebe Waller-Bridge in Sky One's critically acclaimed comedy The Cafe (2011),

His film credits are also impressive as starring roles have allowed him to work alongside the likes of Simon Pegg and Steve Coogan in Michael Winterbottom's 24 Hour Party People, and James Corden and Kevin Spacey in Telstar, as well as playing the romantic lead opposite Anne-Marie Duff in The Waiting Room.
